Abstract:
Based on parallel mechanism,a new type of multi-linkage hydraulic press with the symmetrical structure was designed.The kinematical principle of it was analyzed,and the relationships between the input and output position,velocity and static were formulated.At the same time,the obvious merits of structure and mechanical property for it were illustrated by the formulated equations and the given example.The new hydraulic press has some advantages,such as high rigidity,high load capacity and reconfiguration structure.The mechanical structure of it has a high reference value for the heavy hydraulic presses.
