Abstract:
The scraps bounce in high speed and progressive stamping will influence the quality of the workpieces and normal operation of the stamping.The reason of the scraps bounce was analyzed,and based on the practical experiences,the methods of suppressing to scraps bounce by increasing resistance of scraps bounce,giving the external and down force to the scraps and achieving the form of cutting edges of the punch and die,etc.were summerized.Provided that the scraps donot bounce,the methods adopted will fully consider the matters of the economical state,life of the mold and easily maintenance.According to the working conditions of the mold,the corresponding method or comprehensive methods were chosen to restrain scraps bounce.
