Abstract:
Aiming at the characteristics of forming technology for the star wheel of stating gear,the analysis of numerical simulation about forming technology of the star wheel of starting gear was made,the craft parameters that influented extrusion forming were found out,and the rational forming technology of the star wheel of starting gear was designed.Then carrying on argumentation through craft experiments,the result indicates that the concentricity of inside curved surface and the outside tooth profile of the star wheel of starting gear is guaranteed,the sink and shrinkage caused by the problem that the metal can not flow fluently in the extrusion process are solved,the extrusion pressure is reduced,and the period of craft experiment is shortened.It is a great significance to guide production and application of parts.
