Abstract:
The model of intelligent deep-drawing process design system was created to realize high quality,low cost,short cycle of the deep-drawing die design which traditionally depended on the designer's experience.A knowledge base represented by rule knowledge in deep-drawing process design system was studied to solve the problem to represent data table in computer design system.Visual C++ 6 and SQL Server 2000 were used to develop the design system.An example shows that the design system can afford reasonable parameters for each process,reduce the work of the designer and improve the design efficiency.
