Abstract:
Precision progressive die is widely used in producing the stamping parts of electronic information products.Due to its complex structure and high accuracy,the die design is complicated and time-consuming.In order to improve design efficiency and quality,the structure design of precision progressive die was analyzed.And by applying the object-oriented method and parameterization technology to the study of die standardization design,a standardization hiberarchy model of the die parts and a function-configuration model of the parametric standard part library were presented.Based on this,a standard design system for precision progressive die was developed on the AutoCAD 2000 platform.
