Abstract:
The skin rolling is an important method to improve the surface quality of the machine parts.However,it is possible that the skin rolling process may cause the surface roughness reaching to 0.16 μm,enhance the surface layer intensity and corrosion-resistance.The mathematical formula of the main technical parameters from the theoretical analysis was introduced,the numerical expression graph of the technical parameters with the tentative data was proposed,and the concrete suggestion for the process design procedure was put forward.Finally,through an example,the concrete processing was carried on,and the life inspection was made.The test result indicates that its life has enhanced by three times compared to the processing method of the general grinding process.
