Abstract:
As one of the most important parts for energy conversion of an engine,compressor blade undertakes many complex stresses during the operation of an engine.Based on the parametric technology software Pro/Engineer,the rapid modeling of blade with a damper by 3D method was implemented.Based on the torsion angles,an equilibrium angle of 3.3° was gained,the rough edge was designed and the die design of blade with a damper in the precision forging was completed.By the parametric technology,the modeling period and manufacturing time were shortened.It has a significant meaning for the precision forging process of aero-engine blades.
