Abstract:
The key technique-loading system of the "short stroke" aluminum extrusion press was presented.A front loading was designed and developed for Chinese first "short stroke" 75 MN aluminum extrusion press.Based on machine structure and technology requirement,electric control system was designed and developed independently with expounding of software design and hardware constitution.PLC programs control and upper computer control were adopted with analyzing program design of module structure and function structure.Practice has proved the success of the application of such control system of loading by pressure control,speed control and position control etc.,which has provided an electric system with a new design idea for other type of press.
