Abstract:
125 MN extruding machine is the largest rated tonnage of all in our country at present.The implementing scheme of the automatic control system about 125 MN extruding machine was clarified,and the structure of the whole monitoring system and the realizable software and hardware method were introduced.The whole system,mainly including the controlling interface module,the warning module,the data processing module,the parameter and controlling module and the users′ authority module,could meet the requirements of rapid data process,reliable system structure and powerful extendable ability.Finally,the WinCC and PLC400 highspeed data communication method was designed and utilized.The sampling period broke through the most rapid refresh cycle 250 ms′s restriction of WinCC,and reached 10ms quickly,which had responded to the request that the special high-speed data should be gathered.
