Abstract:
The key technique for the stable operation of electrical screw press is to controll the motor temperature rising and improve the system's stability.The control system based on programmable logical controller S7-200 was designed.The hardware and the software architecture of the control system were analyzed.The driving mode with KEB inverter and servo motor and the application of direct torque control were applied.Position error reached to ±2 mm.The tolerance of energy was no more than 3% and the temperature of the motor was less than 85 ℃ in long time working service.
