Abstract:
Using MSC.Marc simulating software and adopting large elastic-plasticity finite element method(FEM),the model of magnesium alloy tailor-welded blank tube parts was established.The forming process was simulated.The effect of fixed holder force and initial temperature of blanks on the movement of welded seam of TWB with diffident materials and the same thickness was analyzed.The motional law of the weld seam on the bottom of the cup and the side wall was gained.The results might be significant for magnesium alloy tailor-welded blanks drawing.
