Abstract:
The constitutive relationship of Co40NiCrMo alloy was studied based on the experimental results of compression tests carried out on the THERMECMASTOR-Z hot work simulation machine,and the constitutive relationship model using the Zener-Hollomon parameter and hot deformation parameters as the primary variable was established.In most instances,the error was less than 5%,and the largest error was 5.8023%.The equation can reflect the alloy's dynamic response character to deforming parameters and represent the stress character in different strain,strain rate and temperature;it can be used for the finite element simulation of plastic forming process and the dissipative structure theory.The effects of process parameters on the microstructure were studied on the basis of metallurgical analysis and the prediction model of microstructure evolution was established.The prediction model of microstructure evolution can reflect the influence of deformation parameters on microstructure.
