Abstract:
With the rapid development of manufacture industry in China,more and more complicated curves are applied in the mechanical productions.The conventional 3D measuring devices,such as CMM,only can be applied to measure the small workpiece precisely,but as to the large worpiece with complicated curves,such as large automobile panel,large injection parts,welded automobile rind,turbine blade and large parabolic antenna and aero model and so on,the traditional apparatus are incapable to realize the whole size measurement.In view of the need of 3D rapid measuring and reverse engineering in large complicated-surfaced parts of vehicle,the principle of 3D optical measuring system was analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of Gary code phase shift technology and heterodyne multiple frequency phase shift technology were compared.Based on heterodyne multiple frequency phase shift technology,the XJTUOM 3D optical dense points cloud measuring system was developed,and the convenience and practice of this system was also verified by amount of measuring tests on the large parts of vehicle.
