Abstract:
Based on the CAD technique in Unigraphics,the pre-and post-analysis modules of a fast forming process simulation system for the complicated deep drawn parts were established.Meanwhile,using the ideal forming theory,formulas and finite element expressions used in the fast finite element analysis method of sheet metal forming process were presented.Based on this,a forming process of quadrilateral deep drawn part with concave feature and inclined sides was analyzed.The thickness strain distribution and the optimized part shape were presented.
