Abstract:

Cross wedge rolling,belonging to the field of infirmness theory,mostly depends on the knowledge and experience from designer's practice.There are strong subjectivity,optional and uncertainty.The basic body of parts which according to the character of the cross wedge rolling parts was provided firstly.Then,the features of basic body and part were coded by using technology of classification and coding.Finally,the comparability algorithms and matching strategies were introduced to retrieve and match the most promising candidate units.The research benefits to realizing the succession,reproduction,integration,innovation and management of the design knowledge of die and mould.
