Abstract:
Because of using manual operation,the traditional forging water press has the disadvantages of large hydraulic shock and high malfunction rate.The characteristics of the traditional water press were improved significantly by using AC serve drive and computer control to replace the old manual operating system.For the new machine,the hydraulic shock was eliminated and automated control was realized.The CNC AC adapted position system consisted of industrial computer,AC servo electric machinery and drive unit,position inspect sensors and so on.The smooth and stable control was achieved by using computer to control the deflected velocity and angle of the axis of controller.The results show that this reconstruction scheme has the advantages of low cost,high reliability and good maintainability.
