Abstract:
The room temperature and high temperature drawing performance of ZGM2 superalloys before and after heat treatment and the endurance were studied.The metallographic was analyzed.The research indicates that ZGM2 alloy before heat treatment has no big change for instantaneous tensile strength from the room temperature to 700℃,but when it is above 700℃, the strength falls down gradually with temperature increasing and its plasticity decreases straightly as the temperature increases because there is more rarefaction in fir-tree crystal.It has a long life up to 680h at 750℃/295MPa and its cast phase has a better creep rupture life at 800℃/245MPa.Fir-tree crystal has a tendency of spheroidization and the branch will be interrupted as the temperature increases.But its high temperature behavior,especially plasticity will fall.So ZGM2 alloy can be used for die material of isothermal forging below 800℃.
