Abstract:
The productive technology of blanking,bending and reverse blanking for the contact-plug parts was analyzed.The whole structure of the particular progressive die was introduced and the selective validity of its layout was proved.Two reverse blanking devices were used to solve the upper and down bending problem of the parts which were kept in the post procedure in order to simplify die and make the workpiece going out smoothly.The purpose of controlling part bending rebound was obtained by adopting pressing way.It is proved that the die structure is particular,simple and reliable.The processing quality is good and the productivity is also high.This can be an important referential value for designing the progressive dies of these parts.
