Abstract:

During the process of traditional drawbead design,the definition of initial drawbead completely depended on experience and had a great chance.A new method combined the optimization theory and finite element inverse approach was adopted to solve this problem.In the optimization process,a new objective function combining the FLD and thickness distribution of sheet was put forward.At the same time,the traditional feasible direction method(FDM) was improved.The ameliorated FDM was integrated with the finite element inverse approach to optimize the equivalent drawbead.And then,technological parameters of drawbead were optimized according to the resistance density.The module for technological parameters optimization of drawbead was explored within the sheet forming simulation system FASTAMP.Moreover,the example of modern auto fender in NUMISHEET2002 was taken to verify the accuracy of this optimization module.
