Abstract:
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional serial design method,three-tier framework of multi-agent cooperative design for die and mould was presented,and then the procedure of mould design in this framework was expounded.Furthermore,the structure of knowledge base was illustrated,a combined method of automatic and non-automatic was applied to obtain the knowledge,and the representation approaches of process design knowledge and structure design knowledge were emphatically introduced.At last,by analyzing the properties of Agent,the functions of Agent's modules were explained in detail.By adopting KBE and Agent technology,the quality and efficiency of mould design are greatly improved.
