Abstract:
Young's modulus is an important material property parameter which affects springback of stamping.In the engineering application and springback simulation,Young's modulus is considered as constant.But actually Young's modulus continually changes as plastic deformation increases.Therefore,it makes great effect on the springback evaluation of engineering and accuracy of springback prediction.Dynamic experimental method was applied to explore the variation law of Young's modulus and plastic deformation.Experimental research was carried out on 2024 aluminum alloy,2A12 aluminum alloy,3A21 aluminum alloy and ST14 steel.Then the variation law of Young's modulus and equivalent plastic strain was obtained,and piecewise linear function was used to describe the variation law.Research result supplies basis for deeply studying on the variation law of Young's modulus and plastic deformation,and also indicates a method to improve the accuracy of springback prediction.
