Abstract:

With the help of the finit element analysis software DEFORM-3D,the singl-layer drawing,the double-layer drawing and the packed-layer drawing technology on drawing of FVS0812 aluminum alloy semi-spheroid under the conditions of warming were analyzed.The result shows that the critical Damage value is 0.24 when the workpiece fractures.In the single-layer drawing technology,the stress distributed difference is big and the strain distribution is not uniform;The double-drawing technology to improve the workpiece's stress situation and the strain distribution in the certain degree has a good effect.The packed drawing technology causes the workpiece's strain and stress distribution condition to have a very big change,enables the workpiece's strain distribution to be uniform.Compared with the result of experiments,the predicted Damage area is in accordance with the experimental results.
