Abstract:
According to the characteristics of large injection molding,knowledge management system(KMS) software for designing large injection molds was developed.This system is based on Borland Delphi 7.0 and MS SQL Server 2000 and includes five main modules: elementary knowledge management,document-knowledge management,knowledge distribution management,information-exchange management and system function management.Users can search the knowledge rapidly,calculate conveniently,browse the knowledge distribution by means of the mature design criterions and the existing data resources,or users can constantly revise and optimize design parameters,add new knowledge and the data resources,and set up the distribution of enterprise knowledge resources and unify the designing documents.The software is characteristic of easy to use,a favorable interface and the man-machine interactive function.
