Abstract:
19Mn6 steel plate was studied to make sure that whether it could be used for the boiler forging in stead of 20 and 25 steel after forging and heat treatment process.Firsdy,the chemical composition,the mechanics function and the rnicrostructures of the original material were analyzed to ensure that the state standard was being met,and then, the procedures of cutting,forging,heat treatment and sampling were carried out.Through experiment and analysis, the result shows that various functions of the 19Mn6 forging can meet the requirement of the inspection standard totally and it can be used as the forgings to replace 20 and 25 steel forgings.The forging temperature of the 19Mn6 steel forg- ing was decided as follows,heat temperature was 1200℃,holding for 1 min·mm~(-1);initial forging temperature was 1100~1150℃;the end forging temperature was≥850℃following by air cooling.The forging was normalized at 910~940℃,holding for 1 min·mm~(-1) and air coiling.
