Abstract:
Through the investigation on the stamping for the AZ31 magnesium alloy shell of mobile phone,the effects of the temperature of punch,die and sheet,distortion velocity,and lubricating agent on the formability were analyzed. The results show that,with sufficient annealing,proper die structure parameters and proper blank holding force, keeping the punch at 230℃,die and blank at 280~320℃,using the graphite to lubricate the blank and the shoulder part of die,the shell of the magnesium alloy can be obtained successfully.
