Abstract:
Autoform was used to simulate the stamping process of car engine hood outer panel.The influence of length and width exchange on formability was analyzed.The high-strain zone was also figured out.The result shows that the strain in the high-strain zone changes greatly before and after the exchange of length and width.No cracking happens before the exchange,but it appears after the exchange.With the help of FLD,the strain state in the high strain zone is the plane strain state.
