Abstract:
The effect rule of one key technologic parameter in sheet hydroforming to the winkling and cracking failures of liquid pressure was discussed.The rule of liquid pressure affecting the winkling and cracking was researched from the factors of stress,strain,thinning and FLD.Firstly,the cause of winkle was analyzed by simulating lower pressure of 12 MPa,and then,wrinkling was solved by increasing the pressure.Secondly,the cause of crack was analyzed by simulating higher pressure of 35 MPa and the cracking was solved by decreasing the pressure.At last,by forming the part of 2B06-M,one of the difficult forming materials used in aerial manufacture,the better range for forming this part gained was 18~25 MPa.
