Abstract:
Forged piece precision and load condition of housing are affected directly by holding precision of moving beam of water press.By analyzing principle and model of hydraulic position holding system of moving beam on 300 MN huge water press,a new control strategy was stated for large-scale water press which had such characteristics as process repetition,strict initial precision needed and a small quantity in each batch,using PD control output as ILC initial con- trol output,using ILC as front feed controller for restraining periodic non-central load disturbance,and using PD as feedback controller for enhancing system robustness.Simulation results of complex and maximum deflection load show that expected precision can be obtained through two-six steps without reducing initial precision and the maximum de- flection angle can be diminished to 30%~40%of which appears by using common PD controller.
