Abstract:
Effect of material parameters and process parameters on the stamping formability of an integrated body side outer panel was studied by using finite element simulation method.Then,a rule on selecting key material parameters of sheet metal for integrated body side outer panel was obtained,and testified by experiments.The results show that the sheet metal material with the stress ratio σs/σb<0.5,the strain hardening exponent n>0.22,anisotropic parameter r >2.0 and the elongation δ≥45% should be selected for integrated body side outer panel.
