Abstract:
The original system of a 125 MN extruder was of backward control mode,low automation level,slow response speed and low reliability.The original control system structure was changed into fieldbus control system(FCS) based on PROFIBUS-DP.According to control system scale,single master station system and master station-slave station structure were applied in PROFIBUS-DP network.Configuration of DP slave station had two realization modes: distribute I/O and intelligent DP.Synthetically considering cost and practical function demands,intelligent DP slave station mode was chosen.State monitor of network communication was realized through programming on PLC and WinCC.Practice indicates that the control network configured is stable,reliable and economical,which can meet the request of real-time communication.
