Abstract:
The poles in the 300 MN large-scale water press is properly damaged by antiverse eccentric angle of water press's moving beam,which is much bigger than the eccentric angle created in loading course,brought by rapidly changing eccentric load during the time that the driving system is discharging.Eccentric load could be indirectly measured by pressure sensor because center of forging blank deforming drag changes little,consequently moving beam position holding system could be discharged simultaneously when the driving system was discharged.The results of simulation and experiment both show that this method is very useful to decrease the maximum deflection angle when driving system is in the discharging state.Simulation results show that the largest eccentric angle in unloading course is not more than one tenth of it when in loading course even if the unloading velocity is three time faster than that in loading course.
