Abstract:
Influence of homogenizing annealing on anisotropy of aluminum sheet with roll-casting and cold rolling was investigated by means of texture analysis using orientation distribute function and metallographical structure observation.The results show that the content of both cubic texture {001}<100> and copper {112}<111> depress and a large amount of random texture are obtained when annealing at 580 ℃/13 h.Because of low anisotropy and homogeneous fine grain structure,earing rate of the plate is under 2%.Anisotropy of the roll-casting sheet is influenced by texture content,grain size and structure of Fe and Si which are changed by different homogenizing annealing processes.
