Abstract:
The driving device of the conventional mechanical press is composed of clutch,brake and flywheel.Such driving style makes it hard to change the speed,so the mechanical press has less flexible.Aiming at the disadvantage of mechanical press,a new slide driving structure and press control concept were proposed.The mathematic model of the slide motion control was established,further more,with the mathematic model,the simulation model based on Simulink software was set up and the simulation experiments were carried out according to the demand of press control and monitoring.The press control system software was developed.Finally,an actual system and its stamping test were introduced.The test result shows that the design is correct.
