Abstract:
The basic principle of blanking process was introduced.The rigid-plastic stress-strain mode of different materials was classified.The plastic analysis software DEFORM was used to simulate the metal plastic flashless blanking process.Based on theory of the rigid FEM,the geometry model used for blanking with a negative clearance was established.The simulation condition was accorded to the experiment.The mean stress,damage,the effective stress field and the effective strain field were simulated.The stress and strain fields were illustrated around the deformation region.The isoline nephogram of the mentioned types were analyzed and concluded.At the same time,the result indicates that the crack is postponed and the quality of the negative blanking is better.
