Abstract:
According to the characteristics of the motorbike's profile modified gear,a warm forging precision forming process was established through analyzing and comparing the possible processes,which could produce the product with high quality quickly.A new inserting block mould structure was put forward to solve the problems of badly mould worn out and high production cost,etc.The forming process was optimized by setting up a boosting structure.The feasibility of technology was simulated by FEM software and its result was validated in real production.So the low cost gear with good performance can be produced by this mould structure and forming technology.
