Abstract:
A new test method of friction coefficient was studied using floating die experimental device to measure the size of abrupt change of extrusion force and other necessary experiment data.The extrusion friction coefficient could be determined through a special equation.The experimental research verifies that this new method can precisely determine the friction coefficient in the extrusion process and evaluates the effectiveness of lubricating objectively.
