Abstract:

Taking the air valve upsetting processing technique as the research object,a control loop design method was presented base on analyzing the concrete effect of processing key parameters,such as the heat current,the system pressure,the speed and the rough materials to the valve during the process control in order to avoid the traditional processing craft's flaws including the valve pucker,over-heated,over-burned,and "lost-materials",and design the key parameters loop control system.The iteractive learning arithmetic was adopted to realize the module.The hardware and software based on the VxWorks operating system.were developed.The system has changed the traditional control mode which adjusts the process parameters with manual hand,and raiseds the productivity and the valve quality.The system has a strong robotic capability,which is in accordance with the development direction of intelligentized industrial integrated control.
