Abstract:
The crankshaft flexibility of J23-80 crank press was calculated by using the bending theory of variable cross-section beams,the error between the theory value and field measurement value was 4%.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the model of the crankshaft.In this process,two different measures were used to load the crankshaft: the error between the theory value and field measurement value was 1.1% when the crankshaft was loaded with the uniformly-distributed load before the deformation of the crankshaft;the error was 12.8% when the crankshaft was loaded with the central force after the deformation of the crankshaft.The result is that the uniformly-distributed load shall be loaded to the crankshaft when using finite element analysis measure,and the result of analysis is more feasible and closer to the real status of the deformation of the crankshaft.
