Abstract:
Rolling force is the important parameter for skew rolling process design of anchor rod.The value of rolling force is affected by process parameters.The values of rolling force under different technological parameters were measured through experiments in the skew rolling procedure of anchor rod.Effect of different influence factors on rolling force in the skew rolling procedure of anchor rod was analyzed based on experimental results.And the primary and secondary factors affecting the rolling force were gained. The results show that the thickness of anchor rod has the greatest influence on the rolling force,external diameter of anchor rod and material the second,the gap of baffle the least.It provides the theory foundation for the skew rolling process design of anchor rod.
