Abstract:
The application of stamping technology to the length shearing technique used on the production line of cold-bending section steel was introduced.Fence stump is a type of cold-bending section steel with complex and close cross-section.In order to bring the production line into its most efficiency,and improve the product quality and the production environment,stamping dies were utilized to shear the cold-bending section steel of the fence stump on line.By analyzing the stamping technology and the characteristics of the cold-bending section steel production line for producing fence stump,the number and the structure of the dies were decided.The concrete designing process was deeply analyzed.The details,ranging from unbending the finish product to selecting the die carriers,from determining the die structure to analyzing the process of motion were investigated particularly,and especially elaborated the key points of the male die design.The productive practice demonstrates that this method of shearing bears the advantages of low noise,high cross-section quality and high productivity.
