Abstract:
A blanking production technology of the motorcycle bulb was analyzed,and a set of progressive blanking die was designed for the shell.The application of none burr port blanking machine in progressive die,which could reduce the related machining procedure to our colleagues,was introduced.By two-year practice,it is proved that the structure of this die is simple,the processing quality is good and the productivity is high,which has the reference value for the production of the same kinds and even the kinds of electron productions with the same processing technology.
