Abstract：

The equipment was adopted to improve the traditional process,which usesd the punching technology to cut the square tube.Structure characteristics and working procedure were introduced.By production practice,reasonable structure,installation and adjustment convenience,stable product quality,high manufacturing efficiency and outstanding economic benefit were verified.
