Abstract:
The numerical simulation method was applied to analyze the cold closed-die forging process of car used differential satellite gear.It disclosed the forming law of the bevel gear,the strain distributions and velocity distributions was represented.Also the forming defect was previewed.According to simulation results,the process and mold design became effective.
