Abstract:
The traditional manufacturing method of shaft-disc type components is usually time-consuming and high-cost.But, they can be solved by using the thermal differential dieless forging.In this paper,the forming process of the complex shaft-disc type components through the new performing method is simulated.By analyzing the mode of temperature field, displacement field,strain field and strain rate field,the forming of shaft-disc type components with local distortions of large size by the thermal differential dieless forging at the different ratio of height to diameter is specifically studied.At the same time,some performing rules are sum up.
