Abstract:
The thesis simulates the process of the spline forming by the FEM software.By studying the forming process of the spline tooth,the problem which is defect forming in the front of the tooth is discussed.The cause of the failure is mainly the parameters on the workface of the concave die and the angle in the front of the roughcast.After the simulation of the forming progress,the optimal selection is found and the problem is solved successfully,which provides the strong reference for the real production.The simulated result can effectively guide the productive practice.
