Abstract:
The shape of the front crust of the car vacuum booster is complex and it needs many working steps to achieve the part.The article analyzes the technologic property of the front crust and describes the working procedure and the structure of the lancing die as well as the character and working principle of the die.By controlling the wedge block and springs,its punches and movable plate blocks achieve the horizontal punch movement.When the upper die returns,the punches and plate blocks return with the effect of the spring,so it avoids the interfering action between plate block and the part.Controlling the journey of the locating board and plate block makes the delay ejection,solves the difficulty of the die ejection and coordinates the movement of the die.
