Abstract:
Elastic deflection is an important factor to influence the accuracy of the formed component in precision forming.In this paper,the forming of bevel gear cold closed-forging process is represented by means of numerical simulation method.It disclosed,in the work state of having shrink ring,the variable law of die elastic expansion and gear spring-back when mould unloading.According to the simulation result,the gear tooth shape curves during the mould expansion and the gear elastic recovery are plotted respectively.Quantitatively analyzing the effect of two to the profile of tooth, the inversing compensation method is then put forward to modify the die cavity and the electrode is designed.The conclusion is valuable for improving the gear accuracy.
