Abstract：

The hot press roll forging die which is subjected to strongly bended and extruded stress as well as to be repeatedly heated and cooled quickly always presents many types of fatigue forms of mechanical fatigue rupture,brittle rupture,abrasion and collapse.With the different working conditions,the life of hot press roll forging die is quiet different.The paper studies the comprehensive technical measures to prolong the life of the hot press roll forging die.
