Abstract:
The 3D FEM analysis of cylindered beam of three pillar oil hydraulic press has been discussed in this paper because the cracking problem occurred in the course of working.Unigraphics structures module has been used to the computation.The stress and strain distributions are obtained.We discusses the unreasonable design of the original structure and shape of cylindered beam,and put forward the method of modifying.The modified design has been applied to manufacturing.
