Abstract:
Regarding to the difficult problems in the hot forming of Mn18Cr18N retaining ring,such as cracking,unevenness structure and difficult controllability,a new technology has been developed.And experimental study on the punching and extrusion with an outer ring has been researched.The results are in accordance with that of numerical simulation.The outcome of experimentation shows that there is an advanced process to resolve those difficult problems and to improve the manufacture′s quality.
